Second time I’ve used Brentwood flooring in Cary, NC. They did an excellent job again. This time it was on my first floor. Candy and Sergio did an amazing job. Sergio is an excellent carpenter! I highly recommend them!
At the Cary store, excellent customer service, Wesley and Elvedina. A good selection of products. An outstanding installer, Ray, efficient, no mess, professional, very happy with the results.
My house was in need of a change. No matter how much vacuuming I do, with three cats the vacuum was overmatched, and the wall to wall carpeting was kind of out of style in ways. It was time for the move to hardwood floors for convenience, for aesthetics, for livability. I went to Brentwood Flooring America and was completely taken care of in every way. The design consultant Letitia Siderio was knowledgeable, and super personable, she gave me a number of options, helped me make my floor selection.
