I had an ear problem, when I contacted my primary doctor, he sent me a picture of an ear and told me I had to wait 2 1/2 weeks, when I asked to see an ear doctor, he ignores me. So, I went looking for a new one, because of the pressure I felt in my ear. I wanted one closer to home, and the first one that came up was Avance. I made appointment and was surprised; they gave me one the same day. From the first contact I was warmly welcomed, very short wait, and the office people were just wonderful, intelligent, caring, wanting me to feel comfortable and most of all they were concerned about me. Avance care is excellent. I was looking for a doctor and was originally interested in a different practice. The other office was run by the clock and had no interest in patient needs. Avance care genuinely cares and takes interest in helping their patients. And it is so convenient. I highly recommend them!
I have been going to Avance Care on Strickland Rd since the beginning of 2023. The front desk staff and the medical staff are always friendly and helpful. Part of why I chose this practice & why I continue to use them is because of their extended hours during the week and hours on the weekend. Although I have a primary provider there , I have not been disappointed when I've had urgent matters and needed to see other available providers. I see Brooke Jones, PA for my primary care. She is professional, kind and patient. I appreciate that she takes her time with me, asks me questions and is happy to answer my questions and concerns.
