This is honestly the BEST company I have worked for! The schedulers are friendly and personable, management is professional and supportive, and the DON is easy to communicate with and listens to your needs. They worked with me to get the days and hours I wanted, the benefits are awesome, and every time I go into the office, the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. They have a great open door policy, and are willing to listen to any input and/or suggestions you may have. It almost feels like family. I work as a CNA for Atlantic and love it! The management is helpful and kind. They allow me flexibility and independence with my case! I can always count on timely responses to any questions I have and help with anything I need. I highly recommend!!
