I am thoroughly enjoying my time at Arrichion Yoga - East Raleigh. The classes are straightforward and the three instructors, Liz, Shannon, and Bishop are extremely friendly and supportive.
love this studio! many different classes to try from pilates to yoga to circuits. The instructors are friendly, there are people at all fitness levels and it's diverse. not to mention, easy to get parking unlike some studios.
Fun studio with caring Yogis and a fun, diverse client base.Low judgement, high support studio.The classes can be as hard as you want to make them, but need not be too difficult, it is very easy and comfortable to set your own pace within a given class.
