Arbor ObGyn provides excellent care and compassion, with outstanding doctors such as Dr. Alvarez and Dr. Runkle who truly listen to their patients. The doctors are highly recommended. However, some nurses have been criticized for their attitude, lack of clarity in communication, and varying levels of thoroughness. Some have even been described as snappy and needing a refresher in basic manners and empathy. Additionally, there have been issues with inconsistent communication and standardized answers from different nurses. Despite these issues, the doctors' exceptional care and knowledge have made a positive impact on patients. With a few notable exceptions, the office staff and medical assistants have been described as sweet and kind.
