Woke up to my dogs face swollen on one side and I was FREAKED OUT> Newish to the area and had no idea where to go. Thanks to NextDoor - I saw 2 recommendations that stood out. I was SO lucky to call Ansede. They were beyond kind even though I was a bit panicked. They got some info over the phone and told me to come on in. They were amazing. Everyone was nice - Cookie was wagging her tail the whole time. They took us right in and were quick to assure me that Cookie was fine and it was most likely just a bug or spider bite. Im so thankful for the kindness and empathy that the staff at Ansede Hospital showed my husband and I last week when we had to say goodbye to our dog. I was really blown away and cannot thank them enough. It was a very sad day but their supportive and caring staff really helped make us feel more comfortable.
I shopped around Raleigh/Garner area to get a kitten neutered and a friend recommended Ansede. Everyone was very caring and courteous. Plus their prices were way more honest than some other places. They don’t push unnecessary things on you. I will recommend and return. Thanks to all the staff!
