The compassion, knowledge, and friendliness at this emergency vet have far surpassed any previous experiences at other vets. Transparency about treatment options and care given to Zucchini made an extremely stressful night less so.
I have made several visits with my two dogs. This is the only emergency hospital I have ever been not only for It's not just about convenience; it's about the quality of care. Each time I visit, the staff is incredibly kind, compassionate, and attentive. All individuals receive the same treatment from the veterinarian and staff who provide care . A payment plan is available, Vet Billing, which may not be commonly available at your regular veterinary clinic. Everyone knows that any kind of ER visit is going to be expensive, however, they will help you find a way to afford it. Everything is seamless and quality care.
Very expensive (but typical for an emergency vet)! Aside from that- amazing and empathetic, kind staff who are very skilled. Besides the price of care, this vet is fantastic. They showed such kindness and gentleness to me and my bunny, taking time to answer all of my questions. My bunny would have died without their intervention, and is now eating, hopping and begging for food again.
