Shawn was amazing! Got us in and out quick and help us with ease! I came in because I thought my prescription was getting bad, but he seen my glasses was sliding and he adjusted them fixing the problem. He also fixed one pair of my husband glasses.
What a great experience! From the time I walked in, until the time I walked out, everyone was smiling and eager to please me as a customer. Shout out to Angela, Carlos and Dr. Davis. What a great crew you have at the Garner location!!!!
I got there ten minutes late. They told me I could wait and see if the next person showed up for their appointment. I waited they made me fill out the paperwork. The next person shows up late. They don't have the care to tell me then and there that they wont see me. What was the purpose of them asking me to fill out paperwork? So unprofessional!
