I've been going to this practice on and off for a few years, but after the conversation I had with Dr. Moody today, I will be seeking other gynecologists within the area. She had a tone from the initial start and then became rude, abrasive, and condescending. I feel as a patient I have the right to change my mind and as doctors if you know first-hand that an insurance company is going to deny a medication you suggested for a particular issue, don't mention it to your patients!!!!!

Jacokes was not thorough at all with my exam, went very fast with everything. When I discussed recent multiple yeast infections with her, she said sorry I couldn't help with your vaginal problems -- isn't that her specialty? Will unfortunately find a new gyne.

I had scheduled an appointment here and I did not sleep good the night before it. I had received no prior knowledge of the 75$ cancellation fee for the same day. When I called to cancel, the lady on the phone was snappy and harsh in her communication, and showed an immediate lack of patience surrounding the "hole in the schedule". This would not be my problem unfortunately. Poor service. I decided to use another provider as a result of this. I was initially still planning to go back even with the other reviews but now that I was spoke to like that I am not returning and I don't feel this would be a good place for my healthcare. Do better. Thank you
