Family owned businesses are my favorite people to do business with! I cannot say or recommend this father and son more than any of the other reviews you see here and on yelp! You will NOT regret giving these guys a call! No buddy cares more about you and getting the job done than these guys. Reasonably priced, quick, and super honest. Even gave us another part because it was a cheaper option than giving us a more expensive part. They care more about their customers and the quality of their work than the amount of money they make! Call them and let them fix your AC unit! They WILL not let you down and they will not try to sell you things that you don’t need!
I shopped for best prices on a new heatpump, contacted a slew of local hvac companies large and small. I selected AQ because of the great words others had given. We sat down and called local suppliers and we selected a Goodman packaged heat pump, and the cost was less than i could get on the internet. The other providers would not give me a straight $ answer and the cost for the heat pump seem wildly inflated. The installation fee was very competitive, not inflated to pay for a large office and all the overhead that goes with it. Last but not least, AQ was able to reschedule other work and install my heat pump the next day. This was the very same day that the longest sub zero cold days hit the Triangle. It's been 3 weeks now, and the heat pump works like a champ. Thank you AQ, I highly recommend. Keep up the good work.
