EDIT- after speaking with Greg, it really seems like my experience was a one-off that they are working really hard to address so that it doesn’t happen again. Greg was kind, professional, and took full accountability for my bad experience. Because of this, I am changing my star review to a full 5 stars because at the end of the day, I do feel truly cared for. Thank you, Greg for the phone call and conversation. Would recommend this urgent care :)

Great experience at AFC! I have gone to AFC in Philadelphia and trusted the brand so I was excited to be able to find one in Raleigh. Great customer service and quick in and out visit.
Very quick & easy visit to confirm my health. Kaelin (possibly incorrect spelling) was great — took my vitals quickly & accurately. The provider (failed to remember his name), was quick & thorough. Spent about 35mins total (including wait).
