I contacted Adams Tax Service after receiving an IRS notice. I met with William who was much more helpful and attentive than tax preparers I've dealt with at other major tax franchises. Within our 1-hour appointment, he not only successfully amended my 2021 return and completed my 2022 return, he also broke down the reason for my IRS letter and how to fix it. All-in-all, I spent a couple of hundred dollars less than I've spent at H&R Block and others, ended up with better service and walked away with a much tighter understanding of the tax process.
