I've been to both Joey for massage and Virgil for personal training, and I have to say that my expectations have been exceeded by both gentlemen. My massage was fantastic - Joey was professional, thorough, and helped me significantly with chronic neck and back issues (I'll be back!). For personal training, I'm seeing Virgil twice a week and he is definitely getting me in shape! I've been a cardio junkie all my life and never had formal strength/circuit training before - my sessions are challenging and rewarding. I'm so glad I found Active Body Design!

I'm a massage therapist and I loved my massage here... I was looking for something therapeutic, as I've got a few chronic pain issues that need someone with a certain approach and training. Joey was my guy and he was on point! Knew his stuff, was super professional, and eager to make the massage what I needed it to be. These things can be hard to find in a massage practice! You should try it.
