I would strongly recommend A+ Tree and Crane service and use them again. From the start they did a great job walking the property and making sure the estimate included everything we needed done. The crew showed up on time, worked incredibly well together, were respectful of our property, cleaned up like they weren't even there and went above and beyond, even cleaning out our gutters on the 2 buildings we had work done around! I'll be honest. I tend to be a pessimist when it comes to the service industry. My recent experiences tell me that I am not going to get what I was expecting, something is going to go wrong or the job is going to be done at the minimum standard. We received 4 estimates from tree companies, all with an arborist. A+ sent Lauren over to look at our trees and give us an estimate. I was impressed with her from the beginning. She was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and seemed to really care about our tree and the wildlife living in it. She listened! It took us a while to pull the trigger. Spoke with Melanie and Raquel with questions which they answered knowledgeabley and quickly. Communication before, during and after the job was excellent! Chris, the foreman, and the entire crew were very respectful and professional. They did an amazing and completely seamless job. The work was better than expected, expedient, and I didn't have to clean a thing when they left! For scope of work reference...we live on a 2/3 acre corner lot. Chris and his team removed a very tall pine tree in the back corner of our lot (but near our house) and removed large Water Oak limbs that were hanging over our garage, patio and covered walk leading into our home. The fact that nothing had to be cleaned in this area where we spend most of our time was greatly appreciated! The team pruned up the limbs of the Oak and left a beautiful, healthy canopy! I truly give them an A+ based on my experience! I would recommend A+ to everyone! I am so happy that we chose them!
