I must share my positive experience with Hassan who came to fix 2 of my HVAC systems that was leaking water for almost 2 months. Hassan was very prompt in reaching out on confirming the day & time of his arrival. He was on time & very quick in figuring out the root cause of the issue. He quickly addressed the leaks & fixed it within 45 mins. While we had another contractor who came in a few weeks ago did not address the issue at hand in the right way but Hasan addressed it. What a great experience. The technician was very knowledgeable, and thorough. He went above and beyond to make sure the unit was running at its max. Took time to answer all my questions. Akram and his entire team at Eco Air Service were wonderful. I needed an AC motor ( very expensive) and they worked tirelessly with my home warranty company to ensure it was approved. Akram was also available for any questions I may have had, even on the weekends and after hours! The technicians were punctual polite and friendly. The job was done in a professional manner and I have not had any problems since. I highly recommend A/S Eco Air Services to anyone having AC problems! I would definitely call on them again.
