The information provide is to my knowledge relevant and a direct correlation by and between upper management and employees. Due to the nature of this complaint it is also based on how employees are viewed, treated and / or talked about outside of the work-place that is also reflective on the company, its patients, and / or clients. After many days of self deliberation, I was reluctant to share this information. However, due to the services provided, I found this information to be very much relevant, for the betterment of those seeking services from this company. I am in no way classified as a medical professional, therapist or mental health advisor. For this reason, I am concerned about how care is provided to the elderly and senior under the supervision of A NEW HAVEN HOME CARE. Out of concern and the well-being of the elderly and seniors is why this information of personal experience is being provided. As of recent, I have had personal experiences with an administrative official that was casual and non-work related, but while in discussion, this person would share how she truly felt about fellow collages which may or may not be reflective on how she treats her staff. This blatant display was revealed by her language and temperament. I am witness to her embitterment behavior and level of unprofessional ethics that raises question and concern for the well-being of others, which may be passed on to the elderly and seniors. This person and level of concern is with regards to, Ms. Danielle Jordan. In my personal experience with Ms. Jordan, I have witnessed how she talks to employees on phone conversations with an unprofessional attitude that is unbecoming of a medical or healthcare professional. Ms. Jordan behavior, temperament and lack of concern and / or empathy for others can be similarly found in the description and behavior of a person that is narcissistic, callous-hearted, quick tempered. While on several conversations and personal non-work related meetings with Ms. Jordan I have come to the conclusion that Ms. Jordan is not capable of showing any signs of affection, understanding or remorse towards her staff and persons employed with her., which can easily be passed on to patients and clients under their services of care. On several personal non-related meetings with Ms. Jordan I have heard her on the phone degrading employees to and about fellow employee(s) that were having personal issues and or emergencies that she thought were not adequate. Ms. Jordan would talk so negatively about many of the employees, revealed that while on personal conversations, Ms. Jordan displayed how she, is in my opinion, not capable of sharing any type of sympathy or concern for others outside of herself. This led me to believe that if she takes this demeanor towards on her staff, could also cause detriment to patients and clients that the service are to provide healthcare. Any / All family members that are under the direct care of A NEW HAVEN HOME CARE, while Danielle Jordan is employed as management should take the necessary steps to visit and or follow-up on family members that are under the care of A NEW HAVEN HOME CARE. In my opinion, the entire staff may be wonderful and very professional in their work ethic and services of care provided to others. It is my conclusion that the main source of any problems with A NEW HAVEN HOME CARE is that of Danielle Jordan. Again I must reiterate, personal experience(s), non-work related meetings with Danielle Jordan, I have seen, observed, witnessed, acknowledged negative levels of professionalism that raises several questions on Ms. Danielle Jordan level of; empathy, compassion, level of temperament, behavior, and lack of ability to be understanding to anyone outside of herself.
