Driver of the Mack anthem is very impatient and drives erratically. Accident waiting to happen.Edit* company responded stating that they would speak with their driver. Changed my rating to 3 stars because of their quick response and concern.

All 5 pallets of sod had holes in every piece and fell apart when handling. All were full of weeds. Added hours to the job trying to piece things together. The customer service was great, the product was terrible.Edit:After discussing the matter with the company, I am updating my review to reflect the help they provided. They stood by their product and took responsibility for the issues. They provided a solution. Thanks

My experiment has been exceptional. About at front desk was open, honest and worked with me to be able to provide my customer the best product for their lawn. I will go no where else but Carolina Turf from now on. Thank you all!
