“I just want to say after a rough start with Royal Kiosk Flowers/ Florist there was a happy ending!! First.. I received a bouquet of flowers from them on 6/13 and I have to admit they were pretty rough looking it was late in the day so I tried to call the next day but got no answer, so after looking at them all weekend I tried to call first thing on Monday to let the owner know what I had received. If this were my business I wouldnt want it to go un noted after talking to her and sending pictures of what I had received (keeping in mind her florist is about 30 miles from my house) she Ms Doris was very understanding and needed to investigate why this had happened. She contacted me later that afternoon and assured me that I would be getting a replacement arrangement the next day. And Yes, the flowers are beautiful and full and I couldn't have been more happy.
