Incredibly excellent customer service! My thermostat lost power in 90 degree weather than the team came out and fixed it in a pinch! On a Friday! I am so thankful! Chris and Evan were absolutely amazing! Took care of my issue and cleaned up! Not only their work but also previous cleaning from other HVAC things. I am so blown away by their service! Would highly recommend!!

I just replaced our 22 year old A/C & propane gas system Austin's Mechanical Services did a fabulous job. Being somewhat of a perfectionist, I watched all aspects of the installation & setup. Kudos to Chris who came, did the initial inspection & measurements for the new 4 ton unit & the final programming. Craig & Stephanie followed up with a quick estimate. We were up & running on 7-17-24. The new Gold 16 American Standard is so quiet, you can barely hear it running. They have always been very professional and I am impressed with their expertise and how quickly they respond to a call. I can always rely on them to pin point what the problem is with our HVAC System and give clear communication on what they need to do to repair or correct the problem.
