Technician responded quickly to my online inquiry on Memorial Day weekend when we lost A/C at the Avon house. We weren’t sure if they would be available to come out on Memorial Day but they made arrangements to take a look at our unit. OBX Air Pros are the BEST! My heat went out and it was cold! They came, at night, and were totally up front. No tricking me into more then I needed. Everything was fully explained to me.
