We were quite frustrated with the realtor's lack of proper inspection and subsequent concern that there was considerable damage found.The only good thing I can say about the realtor is they finally contacted OBX Services and Jason Johnson was sent to the property. He was thorough, pleasant and noted at all of the damage. He was able to get a quicker, more appropriate response from the realtor.The property owners were lucky. “We had a great time staying here! You could tell it was pet friendly, but it was also VERY clean for it being a pet friendly home. The hot tub was nice, and heavily chlorinated. I don't consider that a bad thing, to me it means they take sanitation seriously. There are some places you can see rust and it's looking a little run down, but we were 2 families with children and pets, so it didn't bother us. The beds were comfortable and the linens very nice. The hot water heater had a hard time keeping up with the number of showers, but we worked out a good schedule!“

I wish that adding options (such as the linen package) were a little more obvious on the website. But, a few email exchanges have take care of that. With their large inventory, I don't doubt that there have been a few problems as reflected in the negative reviews. My philosophy is that anyone can mess up on occasion and that human nature is more inclined to complain than to compliment. My experience has been almost all positive.“
