I've been relying on this company for years and have been exceptionally pleased with their service and their reasonable prices. It's family-owned, and calls are generally answered by the owner, Wayne Trogdon. A few days ago when we had a cold front come in, my electricity flickered and popped, and I later saw that the thermostat for my upstairs HVAC unit was not functioning properly. Although Wayne's son Jackson had a full slate of customers that day, he squeezed me in and fixed the problem. That kind of service is increasingly rare these days! Thank you, Wayne and Jackson!
Trogdon is amazing! They are super responsive and were able to com out the same day to checkout my ac. It was fixed the next day and is working well again. Service and prices are great. It was truly a pleasure working with them and definitely recommend them.
