This was my initial visit with Cameron Nims. I have no other rolfer to compare him to. The experience alleviated tension in my neck temporarily and my voice deepened. It is my understanding it takes 8 or 10 sessions to accomplish the best results. I prefer Ayurvedic massage to correct me because it takes fewer visits and the results are more lasting. I feel Cameron could help me if I visited for numerous sessions, but I am passionate about Ayurveda and love hot oil massages with deep tissue manipulation. If you prefer rolfing, Cameron is capable to perform deep tissue manipulation and he is affordable. Be sure to take cash. He does not accept credit cards.

Diane has introduced me to craniosacral therapy along with the traditional massage therapy during the session with her. The combination of the two has helped me relieve tension in my body to fully maximize the bodyworking portion. I have struggled with headaches, neck, and back pain and this has helped me tremendously to heal my body from all the abuse over the years.

Diane has an innate ability to help troubleshoot and resolve chronic tension and pain. She is very personable and concerned with helping clients leave feeling better. Her skills deserve a higher rating. Highly recommended and worth the drive if you live outside Pittsboro.
