“I went to this nail salon a few years ago for my pedicure and the service was bad. Rushed and incomplete. A few of the clientele were on their phones yelling. No one asked them to tone it down. A big part of pedicure for me is relaxation and peace. So I started looking for better options. At this point I’ve tried all the others between Pittsboro and Chapel Hill. They either had blaring music or yelling clientele or ridiculous prices or some combination of those. So I tried 1st nails again because I heard they had new management, were close by and I figured things couldn’t get any worse. I walked in to a quiet salon even though it was almost full. It was so quiet I could hear the burbling of a pedicure bath while I was waiting for my turn. There was relaxing background music playing at very low volume. Service from Brenda was great and reasonably priced. Thank you 1st nails salon! I’ve finally found my go to Pedicure salon.“
