Adam the installer was very helpful and respectful. Great person to work with. My rep Lindsey was very respectful and helpful also. They were able to get the battery installed in the same week and it was super quick. The checked all the systems and let me know that I needed a new 12v battery so I decided to go with that as well. All installed in about an hour. Felt bad for Adam as the weather was pretty cold and windy but it didn't seem to bother him to much. Thanks for everything. I hope to have this battery for a long time and if I need another one I will definitely get it from this company.

Hello. Had a replacement Greenbean battery installed by Christian. He kept me up to date during the day for his arrival and texted me when he arrived. During the install he showed me what he was doing and check the 12v side of the car. Great job. Eric

'06 Prius, 300169 miles... ordered battery on Wed nite, technician installed it Thurs nite on his way home from another job!! Took him 1 hr, and the red triangle of death is gone!! Car running great, incredible service and good price. Ready for the next 300K!!
