We had a great experience with Impact! After the initial inspection, they gave us multiple options for solutions. They answered every question we had and worked with us to find the best fix for our home’s issues. We even had some questions and made a few tweaks once the work got started and they were very responsive and accommodating throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend them for any crawlspace needs!

I had another company do my encapsulation the first time due to a friend recommendation. They installed a smaller than required dehumidifier in my crawl space and cut a few other corners on install work.My subfloor and flooring started to rot and get soft when walked on inside my home.Dwayne and his staff cleaned the crawl space of mold and installed new equipment to reduce the moisture in my crawl space.I will be recommending Dwayne and his staff to all my friends and family.Lee
