Technicians never come out when they are suppose to. Still sending me a bill for payment and haven't been to my residence in 6 or 7 months. I would not recommend their service to anyone find someone else

One star is too much to give to this business. Not only did they rarely show up, but one of their guys got aggressive with me when I asked him to spray in certain parts of my apartment, where I’ve seen roaches. He argued with me and then the next time he came to the apartment complex where I lived to spray, he refused to spray my apartment. I called and made a complaint when he first got aggressive and was promised a call back from his manager, and that never happened. Then his manager defended his behavior, saying I was the one that got aggressive with him. It’s unbelievable the lengths this person went to to keep his job by blaming me the customer.
