Our AC was out in our home and it was 81 degrees when we walked in at 3:00pm . At 6:00pm it had gotten up to 86 degrees in our house. Shaun came out he checked everything replaced a few parts and in no time our house was cooling off so we could sleep comfortably that night and didn’t have to get a hotel after just coming back from vacation.!!! Today he came out to take a look at my HVAC unit which was not operating properly. I knew what the problem was as I spoke to an HVAC relative prior to calling Carolina Air Team. I said nothing to Freddy about what I already knew and his assessment was spot on. Freddy did not try to up charge me or sell me anything additional that I didn’t need as other companies have tried to do. “Andrew seems very knowledgeable about Geothermal systems. Had to order control board under warranty so we’ll see how it works once he’s finished. Today he replaced the board and cleaned the condenser. He didn’t do the flush because all the readings were still good from when he was here last month so it saved me a bunch of money“
