Coogan’s worked with us in 2023 to build our dream porch. We started with a basic deck that existed when we bought the house and a cheap grill and transformed it into a beautiful screened in porch complete with a fireplace and grilling deck. The Coogan’s team was attentive and helpful in putting together the design, and the construction process met the price and timeline expectations we discussed. Management cares about the customer experience and final product. A couple of mistakes along the way were quickly fixed at no cost to us.

Coogan’s recently designed and installed an outdoor living space for our new home. From the first phone call to the final walkthrough they were professional, prompt and attentive. Tom and Derek listened to our ideas and presented us with a 3D model that perfectly captured what we were trying to envision. It was obvious they knew what they were doing and that we had made the right choice. The construction crews were skilled, hard working and respected our property.
