I dropped my phone off for a cracked screen repair on a Thursday around 6:08 pm and was told I could pick it up around the same time the next day. The rep was nice I'll add. I got there closer to 6 and it wasn't ready. He told me the part just got there give him about an hr. We walked around and came back closer to 7.. still not ready he says "the mall closes at 8 it'll be ready before then". So now I'm there 2 hours, food court is closed, kids are restless and 7:55pm he says "5 more mins it's closing up now" whatever that means. So I stood there and watched 5 mins go to 35 more mins. Google searched iPhone repair and this was closest repair shop to my house, my husband had shattered the back of his iphone 11 pro max earlier & he was hesitant at first but upon arriving we were greeted by a very friendly employee. Then helped by a young man who told us he would fix the phone and it would be about a hour, he came back not even 45 minutes later with my husband's phone looking brand new... we left in disbelief that he was able to fix it so quickly. A+++ for amazing job done and 10/10 for outstanding customer service by every person we encountered. Highly recommend this business.

Came in today for a screen repair on an iPhone XR and was very satisfied with the service. Estimated about an hour for the repair and did not disappoint. He even price matched to the estimate we had gotten from the website. Highly recommended!
