Hands down the best all around electronic repair shop in the Queen City and surrounding areas. I drive all the way from Greenville South Carolina. When I tell you I’ve never had a problem I’ve never had to bring a device back. He makes sure the device leaves better than it came in!!

I was looking for a place to repair my TV. After calling a few local places, I settled on the only one that offered to repair while I waited and at a very reasonable price. That was two years and several repairs ago for different electronics devices culminating most recently with my son's two plus year iPad Pro which suffered a broken power button and was out of warranty. The company that goes by a fruity name would only offer a replacement iPad at a cost of nearly $700, whereas Fix Factor took it in and repaired it lickety-split and at a very very very small small percentage of the fruity price. Ahmed Malak did an absolutely OUTSTANDING job of repairing my laptop.. He has an amazing grasp of computer technology and wasted no time in repairing the problem(s) and then explaining to me, in terms that I could understand, what he had done. He is quite easy to work with and does what he says he will do. His fee was more than reasonable and it was a pleasure to work with him.
