Marcus and his team helped my husband and I pick out the perfect hardwood color that would coincide with the color of our walls, current furniture and future remodeling that will be done in our home. Marcus was very knowledgeable through the entire process. The day of demo happened in a flash. They were very prepared the day of the installation and had redid 3 rooms in our home, the living and dining room and my husbands office. We couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome of this project. We definitely will use them for all future flooring needs. A plus is that they affordable, as that is apart of their name and the quality of their work is that of what you'd expect of an established flooring company. 5 stars plus 5 more!“

“A+. Almost 7 years ago we completed a fairly substantial project with this company under its former name Carolina Cabinet Refacing -- about $38,000. Money very well spent. Across the board first quality. Dom and Nadine are really outstanding tradespeople, not only because they are excellent at workmanship, but also because they care and go the extra mile. It wasn't just refacing for us, and the work extended into a butler's pantry and our family room. They changed a desk area into a set of cabinets. They reconfigured one row of cabinets to accommodate a double oven where there had been only a single oven. Dom figured out a way to install a microwave into a very difficult space. In key ways he corrected poor design made by the original cabinet company 26 years ago. He replaced entire large drawers where needed to make them operate more smoothly. If a floor has settled over the years as ours did, Nadine can beautifully line up the door and drawer fronts so that it's no issue. The Amish-made doors and drawer fronts looked high quality, and when a couple didn't quite meet Dom's standards, he had them replaced. John Marino, the owner, was very flexible in working with us -- for example, when we needed extra time to pick out our hardware. Overall, I know we saved some money over new cabinets, and just as importantly for us, the work was done quickly and efficiently, and we didn't have a dumptster and a job-johnny in our driveway. (design & ordering. now i’m waiting on cabinets) the main reason i went with them is because a friend of mine ordered her kitchen cabinets from them in 2021 so i’ve seen them after install firsthand - plus she still loves them 2 years later which speaks volumes. i worked with linda from the charlotte location & she was so helpful & super patient with me going thru the design & ordering process. she even came on-site a 2nd time to help me with details i was having hard time deciding on. she was always polite & positive & went above & beyond answering any questions i had and followed up in a non-pushy way thru delays on my end. i ordered the cabinets right before christmas so i will come back and finish my review after they’re installed - i can’t wait to get them! working with linda was a dream!“
