Fantastic treatment team. Everyone from reception, to the doctor, and even the person who does your vitals. I drive almost an hour to come here because it’s difficult to find people who really care about helping in a specialty like this one. I’ve had doctors that have lied and yelled at me, but not here. The treatment team is very friendly, professional, and they really care about their patients. It’s not a very big office so you get to know the team and I actually look forward to driving almost an hour just to come see them. I use to come here a few years ago but I didn’t have insurance so I had to stop coming but they was so nice and understandable I have insurance now and I have appointment today but I don’t have my copayment do you think they will turn me away I’m feeling really bad

I went to Ascend Health for pain management after being dismissed from my pain Dr. because of prescribing issues. I called and spoke with apparently the owner. He was very nice, caring and had a "What can we do to help you" attitude. He made me an appointment right away. I saw the Dr. and like with the owner I felt I was working with my best friends in a combined attempt to relieve my Severe Peripheral Neuropathy Pain. Needless to say, they helped me to relieve my pain. In the beginning there was a problem with my insurance and as with everything else they responded to the problem right away.
