I have been seeing Dr. Snyder for about eight months. He listens, he advises, and his bedside manner is impeccable. He ordered a series of tests to be performed at Chapel Hill. I completed the testing yesterday, and the results were on MyChart by 7 pm last night. This morning, I left a message for someone to call me to explain my outcomes. Within ten minutes, Dr. Snyder called me. He was not rushed and was attentive to my concerns. A new treatment plan was implemented, and I will contact him in two weeks to evaluate its effectiveness. Pinehurst Neuro is a nice,clean atmosphere. The staff r pleasantly, give excellent c/s.I c Dr Sinclair ?? she's alsome,has a beautiful personality,very caring.Her nurse assistant Teresa ? is very friendly,caring, funny,Both Dr Sinclair and Teresa treat u like ur one of the family. They make me feel very comfortable ?. When I go or have a Telehealth f/u we talk and laugh. I love ❤️ them a lot.I get Botox 4 my migraines.I look forward in going there bc how I'm treated. I've been a patient w/ Pinehurst Neurology for years & have always been treated w/ the utmost respect & care. Dr. Sinclair & Joyia Montanez have the Best bedside manner w/ their attentiveness & care. I've never been rushed in my Appt & they listen to your concerns & answer any questions you have. The front desk has always been friendly & kind. I called just yesterday that I was going to be just 10 mins late & was still seen. And in a timely manner w/ out any oversight. I would recommend this facility & providers all day!! ❤️♡
