As a new patient I ended up needed a procedure done. The doctor did a good job as far as the procedure goes.One of the problems is that there’s too many gate keepers for my taste and that’s frustrating. Some of the staff, nurses, don’t really listen and are not receptive. Just not a clinic where I have experienced the warmest bed side manners. Going elsewhere for dermatology care.

When you can actually be seen care is ok. However 3 years in a row my appt. was changed. This year’s annual check was canceled unbeknownst to me. Saw that on my medical profile \\u0026 called made a different day. Now I was called to change it again. So now I’m looking for a different Dr. Not just a PA which is who you see at Pinehurst Medical Dermatology ? therefore the rating
