“I have been seeing Dr. Snyder for about eight months. He listens, he advises, and his bedside manner is impeccable. He ordered a series of tests to be performed at Chapel Hill. I completed the testing yesterday, and the results were on MyChart by 7 pm last night. This morning, I left a message for someone to call me to explain my outcomes. Within ten minutes, Dr. Snyder called me. He was not rushed and was attentive to my concerns. A new treatment plan was implemented, and I will contact him in two weeks to evaluate its effectiveness.
