I have read some negative reviews about Bella. They focus on waiting with an appointment and not having walk in availability. I just want to say if you want a quick job at the last minute then just go somewhere else. If you can plan ahead and want to relax and get an excellent manicure or pedicure then look no further. The staff here is the most professional and friendly and accommodating (if you aren't in a hurry). Yes they keep an answering machine on instead of answering but if you are local (which you would be if going here) then just stop in to get your appointment a week in advance and you won't be disappointed.
