the school of hard knox is by far the best karate family and program in the world. Love our karate family❤❤
I started studying at SOHK in the early 90's, I stopped training when I had my children and unfortunately, different life circumstances kept me away for 20 years. When I was able to come back to class, I was welcomed back as if I never left, and I was reminded...this is family.
