CM. Ararat Nc.I was having problems with my well and had been without water since a Friday am. I waited until Monday to call and had never used Tew's plumbing before. I initially spoke with Jason's wife, she was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about his business. Jason arrived at my home within a few minutes of calling. He was friendly, kind, professional and quickly accessed the problems with my well system and went to get the parts. He replaced, a tank, bladder, gauge s , filters, very quickly. I had water. We'd never used Tew's before, but when Justin came out, he quickly took care of our problem. He is super professional and so happy to make suggestions that we can do ourselves and educated us on our well system. We can not recommend Justin Tew more than any plumber we've ever worked with. If you are in the Pilot Mountain area and need a plumber, you won't find a better professional to take care of your situation than Tew's Plumbing. The best plumber in the area. He will give you a fair price and do excellent work. Very punctual and once he starts a job, he finishes it in a timely manner. His wife is very nice too.
