I was trying to deliver a package to Mr Locklear after business hours, the delivery instructions said 9-5 drop off only, but I cant see those instructions until I get to the drop off location. Not sure why this package was assigned to me since my shift was 5p.m.-8p.m. I called him to see what I should do and he immediately starts yelling and cussing and just being very mean in general. I genuinely don't understand how some people can live on this planet for so long and not learn the basic lessons of life like to just be nice to people. I was so disappointed with the lady in general that is over Locklear & Son's Funeral Services!!!!! It was with my granny's burial in Sept of 2017. The lady rushed us with everything, especially when the family was leaving out viewing the body. Our cousin's wife is a Native from S.D and they do a blanket ceremony and it was like she had a problem with us doing that and was making crazy mean faces at her young Male employee right in front of us. They were not professional at all. I'm so hurt and disappointed!!! My grandmother and I loved Mr Sam and we always done business with him but this place is and will NEVER BE THE SAME!!! New management would be the best for his business...read full review
