My well pump went out last year on a Friday night. Flowmaster was the only company able to get to me over the weekend. They arrived next morning and not only repaired the pump but advised me on several systems the previous home owner had installed. These systems were unexessary and costly to repair. James offered several options to repair or bypass these systems. We ended up bypassing these systems and replacing the pump. Great service and James was very upfront about not being the cheapest option in my area, but guaranteed the best service. I've used Flow Master for 2 big jobs in my house. Once to replace my aging hot water heater and a toilet, and most recently to replace my well pump, well tank, and filtration system.Both times, the owner has come out before the work and provided me an estimate as well as outlined any potential problems they might face when work started. Both times the work was completed on the day the work was started (and none of the problems outlined were an issue, so it wasn't some ploy to justify increased charges). Our well stopped working. I called James and he said he would try to get here that day. He called me and said he would be out first thing in the morning. He and his crew were on time. They quickly diagnosed the problem and told us what needed to be done and the cost. In two hours our system was fixed and we had water again for the first time in 4 days.The crew was efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend calling them.
