The experience I had with Flow Master was fantastic. For a start, the answered the phone in an emergency. Big plus (8 other calls resulted in no human contact). Second, while painful to the pocket, Flow Master Plumbing 'jumped' when their schedule was jammed to the gunwales and assessed the problem, shoehorned me in to the schedule and dropped a pump down my well to get us back up and running. James, Michael, the office staff were great. Even though I was on day three of what had to be a cluster-foo of an experience, they were kind, accommodating and did what they said. These days; rare and high praise.
