I have had the most wonderful rental experience with Angie and Mariner Realty – a landlord relationship spanning 2 decades and multiple rental properties. They are diligent, fair, upfront, and attentive in all matters. If anyone has had a less than stellar experience with Mariner, I suspect it's either because they didn't hold up their end of the deal, weren't entirely honest, and/or didn't take care of the property. Their dedication to transparency, due diligence, and accountability are among their high standards. I would recommend Mariner to anyone for renting or purchasing.

Nancy has done a great job from the beginning. We are from out of state and she lined up multiple homes for us to look at when we came to NC and she took her time to show us all around the area. Nancy helped us find our dream house, and with us being from PA, she has gone above and beyond helping us every step of the way right until closing.
