All I can say is wow. From the customer service, to the cleanliness of the store. I’ve tanned at north Myrtle and it was terrible with rudeness and a dirty bed. But coming into the Palm Beach tan in sunset beach Nc today wow it’s above standard. Kaitlyn was amazing, all she did was help, make it comfortable, she is amazing. She made me feel like more than a customer. I’ve been tanning for 25 years and this is one of the first times I felt comfortable. Thank you Kaitlyn at Palm beach sunset.
Erin is amazing!! She knows her stuff and went above and beyond with every customer as I waited in the lobby for my fiancé to finish tanning. Her membership was fairly priced for the services she received. We purchased the newly advertised Amethyst lotion and I was shocked. She had instant color! The lotions are well worth the money. Thank you Erin!!!
Staff very knowledgeable and quick to greet people. Worked very quickly to accommodate the needs of customers. I went to the ocean isle store. Her name is jessica that waited on me and my friend! Excellent experience! Will be going back!
