Ernie and Cathy were great to work with when building our home in Ocean Ridge Plantation. The building cost was competitive and the allowances were good. The house was built in a timely manner and all of the sub-contractors spoke highly of Ernie. Every person I have met in ORP that had Ernie build their house has only good things to say about their experience. I would highly recommend Ernest G. We were living in PA while our home was being built with brief trips down to NC a couple times a month. We trusted Ernie and Kathy and Rick to make on-site decisions in our absence and insure everything was done properly and to our wishes. They treated it like it was their own. We can't imagine building a custom home using anyone else.Services: Tile work installation
