“I am always anxious when it comes to going to the dentist and I always end up feeling pain somehow, some way during even a routine cleaning. I’ve had hygienists before at other practices make jokes about my dental health while cleaning my teeth which really made me have low self esteem about my oral health for the longest time. Luckily I found Oakboro Family Dentistry. Not only have my issues resolved since weaning my toddler, but I had one of the most pleasant dental experiences of my life. Kristen was a phenomenal hygienist and I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort during the cleaning at all. I’m so glad I made the switch.“

“I've been a patient for Martins since probably 2007. They have always done excellent work. Yesterday at 5:15pm my 8 year old daughter tripped and fell face first into a brick floor. Broke both her front teeth. 1/3 or more of these teeth missing. By 5:45 she was sitting in a chair being worked on by the new guy, Dr. Charles Haddock. I really couldn't be more thankful to have established relationships with Jason Martin. Charles did an exceptional job under adverse conditions. I really couldn't have hoped for a better outcome. “You need to tell potential customers if you are "in" or "out" of network. Called the week prior and asked them if they accepted Delta Dental. The front desk person said that they accepted Delta Dental, but they should have told me that Draper was out of network. Went to my appointment and that is when I was informed about them being out of network and had to pay for my services upfront ($266) and wait for the provider to reimburse me. Communication is key! Train your front desk to ask more questions and not to assume that your clients know if you are in or out of network. We decided to stick with the scheduled appointment because my daughter needed to be seen. Other than the billing issue, the hygienist and the doctor were very nice and very professional.“
