“I wanted to give a shoutout to Terri (unsure on spelling) at this clinic. I had surgery two weeks ago and had to rush over to my surgeon’s office, which happened to be next door to Cone Cardiology. My mother had to run into the lobby to help assist me out of the car and into the clinic.I don’t remember much of what happened because I was coming off strong anesthesia. What I do know is that Terri selflessly stepped away from her workday to assist me and my mom with taking care of my needs. They all carefully helped me out of the car, into a wheelchair and then into the office where I needed to go.Thank you, Terri, for being a wonderful human and helping me in a desperate time of need. I wasn’t even her patient at her clinic, and she still jumped to the occasion. Thank you!“

Devin explained the treatment process & was very helpful and professional.The appointment went smooth & easy. It only took a few minutes to complete. “I recently visited conehealth urgent care in kernersville for my children. I can’t say enough great things about them, I came on a Saturday & Sunday- both days with minimal wait times. Making an apt online was easy and held true when you get to the urgent care. Shawnita at the front desk was welcoming and helpful checking in. Tara was the CMA both days and was very professional, caring and paid close attention to detail, she helped bring us to the X-ray department and made sure we needed anything in our room. Dr. Nelson took the time to listen to my concerns and exhibited outstanding bedside manner. She has excellent communication and addressed all of my questions and concerns I had for my sons. Ciera was the RN both days on the weekend and she was extremely helpful and makes sure you understand everything you need to about discharge papers and tips you can do at home as well as medicines that were prescribed. I can’t speak highly enough of my experience and their compassionate approach to patient care. This is a one stop shop and I wholeheartedly recommend anyone needing Urgent care in the area.“
