Very disappointed! Ordered flowers for my daughter in law after her surgery. The edges of the roses were brown. The one large rose was completely bloomed out. $71.00! Completely unacceptable! Jill Edwards

I live in another state and had a bouquet delivered. I being a man and first time flower orderer had some questions and confusion. The nice lady I spoke to was so helpful and patient with me. I went on the website so I knew what arrangement I wanted. It came out better than expected even beating out the pics I saw online.
