“I've been to around 100 hair stylists within the years and this is the ABSOLUTE BEST place that I have ever been to get my hair done. They have the sweetest people who work here. My hairstylist is Sarah, and I have never been upset with my hair! Thats saying alot because I'm super picky with my hair. Would highly recommend.Update* 7 years ago I posted this original review. 7 years later I have my next hair appointment at the same salon. They stayed great!“

“I am going to be 100% honest with my experience. First and foremost, The most important I want to say is, Donna took care of me. She is a 5 star rating. I love the care she gave me, the haircut and style. I hope she never leaves. She is a beautiful person inside and out. Next to us was Lena, and she was finishing up a young lady, and did a cut and color, and she looked AMAZING!! This being said, I need to address something.

I needed to find a new hairdresser and am somewhat new to the area. Salon 405 was recommended to me and was told walk-ins were welcome. It's been awhile since I had anything, and I was feeling low. Any women can to you, it is not easy to just walk in a salon and ask for help. Going in blind is scary not knowing who will take care you. It's a gamble!
Imagine how I felt walking into a full salon. A lady working on someone to my left, 3 to my right, and one washing someone's hair. The one to my left, looked me up and down, and then flatly said " Can I help you?" I said I was new to the area, and a walk-in, and was wondering if anyone could help me, as I heard you took walk-ins. She then said in an almost rude tone " I am not taking ANY new clients!" She looked to the lady by the window (don't remember her name) and said "Are you?" She said "NO" Then she asked in almost a laugh "Is ANYBODY?" I was about to about face and leave in complete embarrassment, when Donna spoke up and said "I' can, come on back".
You know, it's all the way you handle things. I felt like I had just gone back to High School and walked into a clique. All you had to say is "I'm sorry, I'm really booked right now."
We are all just trying to get through to tomorrow. Treat the next person the way you want to be treated. That's all.
