Wasted time is worse than wasted money. I got a call less than 10 minutes of my appointment time saying she was just leaving Charlotte. I live 35‐40 minutes from Newton. After over an hour of waiting, I called to see if she was even still coming to do my hair and was told she was "halfway" from Charlotte. I waited another 30 minutes and she still hadn't shown up so I left. She had me to pay a deposit via cashapp for the appointment the day before when I made it. Was told they open at 10. I showed up at 10 they aren't there. It was raining so I gave it a while. I called at 10:30. She says they are driving slow because of the rain so they are running late. I said ok. She asked me what address I'm at. I said the one listed, she gives me a different address saying it's 2 minutes away. I go to that address. She's not there. They don't show up til 11:24. Now I wanted medium knotless braids, (less tension) and explained I had to leave by 2:30 because I had to go to work. I explained this before hand. Came to get two braids was charged 60 dollars! When she did my hair she didn’t use edge control to make it look smooth she put white hair gel on top of my braids once the style was done. First off she never asked how I wanted the braids so since I don’t normally get this style I just went with it thought maybe it would look good, she didn’t do my edges I went ahead and left bc I don’t like to complain like I get it ur not going to be perfect every time but all I ask is that u at least care , if I’m paying!
